Primary Care

The Heart of What We Do
Primary care is at the center of St. Luke’s mission. We provide quality healthcare at no cost for uninsured adults in Spartanburg County, helping patients manage chronic conditions, address new health concerns, and stay healthier over time.
Our medical team offers routine checkups, blood pressure and diabetes management, preventive care, sick visits, and ongoing support for patients who may otherwise have nowhere to turn.
Through the generosity of volunteer physicians, nurses, and community partners, patients receive compassionate care in a welcoming environment built on dignity and respect.
St. Luke’s proudly serves as a learning partner for students from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM), Wofford College, Converse University, Spartanburg Methodist College, Spartanburg Community College, and the University of South Carolina Upstate. These partnerships help prepare future healthcare professionals while strengthening care for our patients today.
