The Power of Healthy Living
At St. Luke’s, we believe health is shaped by more than medical visits alone. Through education, encouragement, and community partnerships, we help patients build healthier habits that can last a lifetime.
Patients may receive personalized support from our health coach to improve nutrition, increase physical activity, and better manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
Through our partnership with Clemson Cooperative Extension, St. Luke’s Community Teaching Garden provides fresh produce for patients while creating opportunities for hands-on learning. Community members are invited to join garden workdays, and patients benefit from access to healthy fruits and vegetables grown onsite.
We also partner with the TK Gregg Community Center to connect patients with wellness opportunities, including exercise referral programs that encourage safe and active lifestyles.
By making healthy choices more accessible, we help patients take meaningful steps toward better health.
