Applying For Services
Applicants must be a resident of Spartanburg County and have no medical coverage of any kind. Applications are taken in the lobby Tuesday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Registration can take up to two hours; please plan accordingly! Please click on the "Applying For Services" link above to find out about additional information needed upon arrival.
Anyone interested in volunteering, please fill out the VOLUNTEER APPLICATION and return it to St. Luke's or call 864-542-2273 ext. 24. Once your applicationhas been processed, you may attend orientation. There is a an $8 fee for background checks. The volunteer opportunities typically available include:

St. Luke's will be CLOSED Monday, July 4th and Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in observance of Independance Day.
Medical Director Dr. George Bass presented Dr. Charles M. Fogarty with the Howard J. McIntyre Award at the Clinic’s 2016 Volunteer Awards Banquet. We are so grateful for Dr. Fogarty and his many years of service to St. Luke’s patients.
We are thrilled to announce Women Giving for Spartanburg has awarded St. Luke's a grant in the amount of $26,557 to fund our new "EatSmart" program. Through this grant, we have added a part-time Wellness/Nutrition Coach, Simone Mack, and purchased educational materials.

We extend a HUGE thanks to Spartanburg Regional Foundation. Its $31,560 grant to help with pharmacy expenses at St. Luke's will do so much for so many. We appreciate all they do for us and in our community!
CLINIC RECEIVES $12,500 FROM REGIONAL HEALTHPLUS
Board of Directors Chair Dr. Chris Nowatka is seen accepting a donation in the amount of $12,500 from Regional HealthPlus (RHP), a network of healthcare providers affiliated with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System and over 500 local physicians. RHP has been serving patients in the Spartanburg area since 1996 and recognizes the great contribution St. Luke’s makes to the community. Since 2006, RHP’s gifts to St. Luke’s have totaled over $240,000. Dr. James E. Brown, IV, Chair of Regional HealthPlus said, “We are proud to support the good work being done at St. Luke’s Free Medical Clinic and consider them a vital part of the safety net for uninsured, low-income residents of Spartanburg County.”
