Applying For Services
Applicants must be a resident of Spartanburg County and have no medical coverage of any kind. Please call 864-542-2273, ext. 25 to make an appointment to apply.
Prospective volunteers should fill out a Volunteer Application. Once the application has been processed, the applicant will be contacted concerning orientation. There is an $8 fee for background checks. Volunteer jobs typically available are front and back desk, chart prep, pharmacy assistant, medical records, patient medication assistant, and vital signs.

Women For Giving Awards $26,557 Grant
We are thrilled to announce Women Giving for Spartanburg has awarded St. Luke's a grant in the amount of $26,557 to fund our new "EatSmart" program. Through this grant, we added a part-time Wellness/Nutrition Coach and purchased educational materials.

Clinic Awarded $16,000 Grant
Spartanburg Regional Foundation Board Members Lib Orr and Scott Montgomery present St. Luke's Board of Directors Chair Mary Jane Jennings and Executive Director Patsy Whitney with a check in the amount of $16,000.00. This generous grant will be used to furnish an educational classroom to be used by St. Luke's patients and staff. We are so grateful for the continued support of the Spartanburg Regional Foundation!
Clinic Receives $12,500 Gift From Regional HealthPlus
Executive Director Patsy Whitney accepts a donation December 21, 2016 in the amount of $12,500 from Regional HealthPlus (RHP) Executive Committee Chair Dr. Dean Davis. RHP is a network of healthcare providers affiliated with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System and over 620 local physicians. RHP has been serving patients in the Spartanburg area since 1996 and recognizes the contribution St. Luke's makes to the community. Since 2006, RHP gifts to St. Luke's have totaled over $250,000. Dr. Dean Davis, Executive Committee Chair said, "We are proud to support the good work being done at St. Luke's Free Medical Clinic and consider this organization a vital part of the safety net for uninsured, low-income residents of Spartanburg County."
Clinic Receives $31,560 Grant
